Within the social rights space, the circumstances in Mexico are as follows: the highest incidence due to social deprivations in the population was in the access to social security indicator which amounted to 60.7 percent; in the access to health services it was 31.8 percent; with deprivation regarding access to food, 24.9 percent; with deprivation regarding basic services in the dwelling, 23.0 percent; with an educational gap, 20.6 percent and, finally, with deprivation regarding the quality and spaces of the dwelling, 15.2 percent at national level.
